We believe in giving back to the places we live in and love. For every dollar we make from the business of buying and selling homes, we are able to invest a portion with local partners and organizations who are working to create positive change in our communities.

GIVING BACK

As agents we are privileged with the responsibility of building our communities. However, we recognize that responsibility goes well beyond filling homes. Christie - Sereno’s 1% for Good is embedded in its hyperlocal approach to real estate and what ultimately attracted us to the brokerage. This program assures that our communities benefit from every transaction and that with every transaction those that need it the most are directly impacted.

Community Impact Fund

We believe everyone should have access to clean air and water, live free from hunger, have a safe place they call home and the opportunity to create the life of their dreams. That’s why we support organizations like Loaves & Fishes, Habitat For Humanity and Momentum for Mental Health.

We accept Community Impact grant applications on an on-going basis. The selection process takes place quarterly in each of our regions. The final decision is made by our agents and staff via a region wide ballot. Our grant varies in dollar amount, but generally ranges between $5,000 to $15,000.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed individuals can change the world. In fact, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
